We always want to provide the best possible services to you and your business. That is why we don’t cut corners when it comes to certifications. On the one hand, we want to use them to make our processes and offers demonstrably and completely transparent to our clients and prospective clients; and on the other hand, we would like our clients to provide independent reviews to confirm the quality of our services. This way, we ensure that the cooperation is based on mutual trust at all times.
TÜV Cyprus – ISO 9001 certification
Since July 30, 2024, our company Tradavo Ltd. has a management system that complies with the requirements according to ISO 9001:2015. This was certified by TÜV Cyprus Ltd., an independent certification body that is part of the TÜV Nord Group.
What exactly is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is the most common quality management standard, both nationally and internationally. It stipulates minimum requirements for the quality management system that have to be complied with in order to meet customer requirements and other requirements regarding the quality of service provision, e.g., greater transparency of business processes, increase in customer satisfaction, and lower error rates. The key principle of the standard is the process-oriented approach to identifying potential opportunities for optimization in the company.
How do you obtain the certification?
Over a prolonged period of time, the processes within the business are adjusted and optimized in order to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, assisted by an external consultant. The documentation required to finalize the certification includes detailed descriptions of all the processes in the company, and other documents and analyses. Then, the actual audit is carried out, e.g., by TÜV Cyprus. The auditor checks all the documents provided and, if necessary, requires additional measures to be taken. If all the requirements according to the standard are met, the company receives the certificate, which is valid for 3 years. During this period, annual monitoring audits are done to ensure compliance.
